Being that this happened in viet nam it may tough. i would start with a
letter or a freedom of information request from the dept of the army.
you may go there website and get some contact info.
DO you know any of the crew members names?
you may need some info to narrow it down being that there were so many
accidents in viet nam.
i have seen some sites that were dedicated to hueys in nam. you may try
posting something on one of them. i'm sorry i don't know of any off the
top of my head but you can just search huey or medivac .
