On June 7, 2003 we found the crash site of a Zoom Climb F-104
Starfighter #56-0764 north of Edwards AFB. This was a similar mishap
that Chuck Yeager had in a rocket-assisted NF-104 that became famous in
the movie "The Right Stuff". Lt. Patrick Henry zoomed to 83,000 feet
before losing control and ejecting successfully at 4,000ft. Very little
remains at the site today. Three pages of the crash report are included
